Bay Town Trolley has selected six Rider Under Cover Agents that will serve as the eyes and ears of the trolley system. Agent Lisa Brock, Agent Lee Ard, Agent Virgil Mayville, Agent LaVona Coombes, Agent Christopher Mayeux and Agent Jerry Patterson have answered Bay Town Trolley's call to duty and will be responsible for recording and submitting feedback to the trolley staff.
The purpose of the Rider Under Cover program is to find out what riders love about the trolley as well as what changes they'd like to see. As Bay Town Trolley celebrates 12 years of service in Bay County, they want to make certain that the riders are receiving the quality service they deserve.
