News & Events: Rider Under Cover Event January 2007
The wind was whistling, but so was the sweet jazz music that filled the air - compliments of the Gulf Jazz Society. Despite the cold weather, many joined Bay Town Trolley at the new transportation shelter (located in the Sears parking lot) to celebrate the new 2007 "Rider Under Cover" initiative. This event allowed us to commemorate 2006 record-breaking numbers while showing our continued gratitude towards not only the riders but the community.
Bay Town Trolley would like to extend a sincere thank you to People's First who donated hot dogs, a grill and their most importantly, their time to help out during the celebration. It is community efforts like these that truly make a difference!
